True: HTML is now XML-based, where it used to be SGML-based. But that's it.

position: fixed;.

Feel free to. Just shut the hell up in the mozilla newsgroups though. 
Neither do we need IE advertisements, nor do we need someone to tell us 
that suddenly, he redefined the meaning of HTML.
