The patches really didn't require any specific knowledge of the
postscript module.  And, given the lack of an owner for the module, I
think super-reviewers would accept any reasonable reviewers.  Or
something like that, anyway.  Don't take that as a statement of policy,
though.

IRC isn't as good a method of reaching people as you might think.  I
certainly didn't know anything about this before this thread.
