No there isn't. Zooming text is a usability feature of mozilla designed with the user in mind. In our oppinion, if the user wants to zoom the text then we should let him/her.
Why ever would you want to create your site in such a way that it's harder for your users to use?
(unless of course your a bank or music distributor and like to screw your customers over on a regular basis)
