So the fact that IE for win32 gives you an option to make BOTH a static text size and a relative one using CSS, could be considered a GOOD thing, not bad. Where as you guys consider it a bug, a developer of the IE for Win32 would disagree. Since this is issue over this particular part of CSS is just a matter of opinion, this is moot issue.
I have to agree - if you want to read the site, disable CSS. The problem is that in IE it is not easy (if it is possible at all) to disable author's CSS...
