So I was wondering... why exactly do we support <blink> and text-decoration:blink?
Other than it being traditional in "Netscape" browsers, is it really used or useful? Or could we just remove the 200-some lines of code involved?
I agree that it can be irritating. Can we remove support for the tag but keep the CSS property? This might impose a clue-level filter on use of it, perhaps restricting use of it to people who know what they are doing a bit more.
