review needed for widget patch

I need a review for a patch for widget/src/windows/nsDataObj.cpp. I've 
been trying to get it through normal channels (emailing people from 
module owners, peers, etc), however I can't get anyone to reply. I doubt 
that the module owners document is up to date judging from the number of 
@netscape addresses on it.

Anyhow, I've lost the desire to submit patches now because getting 
reviews is too damn hard. If someone ever wants to take this feel free.
