First off, thanks for Mozilla/Firefox. I'm loving them.
I'm interested in "porting" the NGLayout to be able to use NGLayout. I've gone over countless documents on the mozilla.org site such as the http://www.mozilla.org/newlayout/ngport.html page. I've built firefox from source for gtk2. I've gone through the source a good deal, but still fail to understand a lot of it. Are there any more documents about what one would have to do to get this working.
What are you trying to do, exactly?
I'd like to run mozilla on directfb, and then eventually, just use the layout engine to make an application using the layout engine to create arbitrary applications - so eventually embed gecko, but first off I need to get mozilla running on a different graphics system. I figure that delving that far would teach me enough to do the second part...
(If you're trying to embed Gecko, you might find usefu docs on http://www.mozilla.org/projects/embedding/ )
