Download the engine

[Pedro Ribeiro Junior]

Hi, this may sound a stupid question, but I didnt find the link to 
download the gecko engine...is it suppose to be built in my machine? I 
think we could just download the engine, and start creating the xml 
files and etc, to develop some application. is it right?
Can some one give the right link?
