Hmm, that's true about inheriting the right containing block geometry. But we already have to hack that somehow to deal with the case where the containing block actually ended on a previous page and isn't anywhere in the frame tree for the current page.
Yeah, that doesn't sound good either.... nsHTMLReflowState uses the CB reflow state for all the geometry stuff, and in this case it sounds like we won't really have one...
