Section 3.6 of the license is pretty clear that you do have to acknowledge
use of Rhino:
"...include a notice stating that the Source Code version of the Covered
Code is available under the terms of this License, including a description
of how and where [to get the source]. The notice must be conspicuously
included in any notice in an Executable version, related documentation or
collateral in which You describe recipients' rights relating to the
Covered Code...."
No one has given much guidelines on the form of the notice. Netscape has put
its notice on the About screen with other copyright information, but I
personally think it falls short. It acknowledges the Mozilla code and
license, but doesn't specify the "how and where" to get exactly that version
of the source.
