I don't believe it's necessary, because I (and, as I understand it, the other staff, and anyone else who has ever implemented a dual licensing scheme) do not agree with your interpretation of how dual licensing works. In addition, it has (in my view) a large number of practical problems, but I'm not going to detail them here because I don't have time to argue about them :-) Gerv
