Hello all,

I have several questions and would be grateful
for any help.

We are working on an application for linux and
need to use the SpiderMonkey library.
http://www.mozilla.org/js/spidermonkey/

Our product will be commercial - similar to
our CASE Studio 2 for Windows
(www.casestudio.com) and we do not plan
to release it under any MPL, GPL or NPL.
Simply a commercial application with our own
license conditions.

I am not sure about the licensing, so here are my questions:

1. Under what conditions can we distribute the SpiderMonkey
library together with our commercial application.
(We plan to use only the original SpiderMonkey library - No
modification will be made. The SpiderMonkey library will be
also distributed only as a binary file - *.so file.)

2. Do we have to publish our new application under e.g. MPL or
GPL license in case we use the SpiderMonkey?

3. Can we sell the software (in case we use the SpiderMonkey
library) without any restriction related to MPL/NPL/GPL?
We want to charge our customers for the whole application.

4. Do we have to enclose also the source code of the SpiderMonkey
to our application?

5. Do we have to mention somewhere we use the SpiderMonkey library?
Where? Is a splash screen enough?

6. Do you know something important I didn't mention here?

Thank you again for your help.

Vaclav
