Netscape have given permission for all NPL files which are part of 
Mozilla to be triply licensed. The rest is a matter of implementation 
:-) So, if someone wants particular files relicensed for their purposes, 
we could go in and do it by hand. But, meantime, we are waiting for the 
MPL relicensing to be completed before we whack the tree some more.
