This is not correct. As I remember it from reading the terms and conditions, the Theme Park competition did not give Netscape any copyright rights to the contributions. In addition, at the time of the competition, Classic and Modern would have been under the MPL or NPL only. So, files in New Sky Pilot which are derived from Mozilla files (.css files, for example) should be MPL or NPL, depending on the original license, but files he created from scratch (such as the images) are his copyright, and remain so.
