Because Netscape7 is commercial product, it's proper not to permit a
localization of translation. In commercial product, there is
responsiblity to customers. If a localization product by someone lead
to make a misunderstanding, Netscape is suffering to solve customer's
complaints.

But, I think Netscape needs to support trustable localization groups
of Mozilla if (why) Netscape don't have various languages based.I'm
not authoratitive person of Netscape, but a market share of browser is
exclusive to IE, it help to grow Netscape's share in internetational
market in terms of the marketing strategy. In addtion, if Netscape
product is based on Mozilla 1.01rc2, localization of it is stable, I
think.

I hope positve consideration about it. Is there anyone in Netscape
contact?
