Gerv stopped quoting 3.6 too early, it's not mere politeness that suggests
your About box or the like:

  The notice must be conspicuously included in any notice in an
  Executable version, related documentation or collateral in which
  You describe recipients' rights relating to the Covered Code

Copyright statements, such as those which typically appear in About boxes,
are a way of telling users what their rights are in the code so that is
where this notification should go. "conspicuously" -- not page 362.
