I remember reading a statement somewhere stating the U.S. Govt. couldn't
copyright anything -- but it could have copyrights assigned to it.
Maybe we can do the same thing, create a form people could submit to
assign a copyright for their documentation to mozilla.org .
Seems like a reasonable compromise for the moment. CVS should be able
to tell us who checked in each and every piece of docs we've got, and
from the notes in both the docs and in CVS we should be able to
backtrack to every author.
