Hello,

I have some questions with pictures/logo/themes licensing :

As i actualy understand the way the firefox logo (could be other mozilla logo/picture) is licensed (i have been unable to find any text about it just "promote firefox" who said that "Usage guidelines for the new logos is currently under development.") it's illegal to incorporate it in GPL licensed content (Text/Program) so any web site where text is licensed under GPL is unable to use Promote Firefox or other mozilla/firefox logos. Am i correct ?

"Mozilla Firefox" is a Trademark, so what are the conditions ? did i have to put "TM" after it all the time i speak about it ? Could the name be used on GPL content.

I was thinking that speaking about Free programs in text on a free license would be easy but it seems that or GPL isn't suited for that or that only "Code" part of programs are free, for the rest there is a long way before it...

Bye
