As i actualy understand the way the firefox logo (could be other mozilla logo/picture) is licensed (i have been unable to find any text about it just "promote firefox" who said that "Usage guidelines for the new logos is currently under development.") it's illegal to incorporate it in GPL licensed content (Text/Program) so any web site where text is licensed under GPL is unable to use Promote Firefox or other mozilla/firefox logos. Am i correct ?

Using the GPL for non-code is a bit of a strange idea anyway. It wasn't designed for that, so it's hard to figure out what particular bits of it mean. If you are trying to license your website under the GPL then no, you can't include the Firefox logo in that. If you want to use the Firefox logo on the site, you would need to add an exception to the license terms, as if you were linking with a non-GPLed library. There are examples of how to do this on the FSF site.

"Mozilla Firefox" is a Trademark, so what are the conditions ? did i have to put "TM" after it all the time i speak about it ? Could the name be used on GPL content.

Regardless of the trademark status, you can always talk about Firefox - that's called "fair use". Firefox is a trademark; you can put (TM) after it if you like, or put a note at the bottom of the page (which seems to be common practice.) I don't know what the rules are about acknowledging trademarks - I'll try and find out for you.
