The three panes are supposed to be the directory on the left
the LIST of msgs to the right, on top...
and the msg itself below that.
But the last one itself is TWO panes.
Header 'pane' above a 'Msg-Body' pane.
The actual msg is to be viewed in that final 4th miniscule pane.
Qn: Is there a way to make the header scrolll up along
with the msg body? Default Netscape 4.x and earlier behavior.
Qn: Is this a configurable thing?
Qn: Or is it a 'theme' thing? I am using the modern theme.
