undelete and imap?

Is there a way (with mozilla) to "undelete" a message in an Imap folder? 
  By this I mean, that I marked the message as deleted (by accident), 
but the folder has not been "compacted" yet, so the data is still there. 
  My current solution is to kill mozilla, start pine, undelete it, kill 
pine, start mozilla....  (this is how ever kind of a pain in the ass.)
