If 4.x, you could hit the delete button again to "undelete". can you
try that?
if that doesn't work, log a bug in http://bugzilla.mozilla.org and
assign it to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and cc [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
