I think people are unlikely to file 'bad performance' as a bug report.
Instead, most people will simply not use Mozilla if they find it too
slow. I'm quite enthusiastic about Mozilla and frequently recommend it
to friends, but often the reaction is "I'm not using it because it's too
slow". Even I think Mail/News is too slow, although I have a very fast
PC. And I don't even want to know how slow it is on a K6-200 with 128MB.
