Here's the things I think are important, and as far as I can see,
missing:

No folder moving DND, no moving at all that I can see.

Ability to return to the old threading mode when messages don't get put
in the same thread unless they share a parent (rather than parent OR
subject which I hate). Should be in the UI.

Auto-save draft would rock ...

I've read in a bug report Moz will create a second copy of a draft when
you save it. This would be extremely annoying.

The feature I miss most in N4 and Moz though is the fact that it doesn't
prevent duplicate messages being saved in the same folder. This would
make my MailNews experience 100% better when I get a dropout in my POP
connection and have to download duplicate messages. This need not
remove mailing list dupes which differ on headers.

I haven't switched over to Moz MailNews yet as there's still too much
missing, but if Moz acts as badly as N4 when a POP connection drops
(where you have to download the lot again), then add in improving this
situation as it would make a great companion to the above.

My experience is that in general, if there's jobs programming
in it, it's not worth programming in.
