I've pretty much grown to tolerate the three pane view, but I'd still
prefer to be able to use separate windows for folders, message header
list, and messages. What keeps me from being able to do that reasonably
is the lack of the "Next" button. AFAIK, reading the next message
requires switching back to the message headers and double-clicking
another message. That's no fun at all.
