progress meter for inline attachments?

Hi Folks,

I have noticed that when Mozilla/NS6 download messages which 
have attachments that are also downloaded with the message, 
the progress meter only shows progress for the message 
itself, and not the attachment. The only way to see if the 
attachment is being downloaded is to watch the modem lights! 
Is this deliberate? Configurable? Being worked on?
