Outlook Express uses the WebDAV protocol (with a couple proprietary
extensions) to access hotmail accounts. If you have a recent copy of MSDN
Library or the Platform SDK, you can look under the Exchange 2000 Web
Storage System for some documentation. If someone in the mail/news
development group is willing to work with me on this, I have the juicy
details :)
