Address Book export > Import

I have been using Netscape 6 for a while now, and I decided to switch 
over to Mozilla 0.7.  Is there a way I can get my address book that is 
in Netscape 6, in Mozilla?  I noticed there isn't an "Export" funtion. 
Is there a file I can move over?  Also, when I upgraded from NS 4.7 to 
NS 6, I imported my address book, and it made a new one, is there a way 
I can import my Address Book entried from NS 6, into the default 
"Personal Address Boook" in Mozilla?
