Internet Options

Hi,
Does anyone have any idea how we can manypulate the internet options in 
the control panel to startup netscap6 instead of communicator. (i still 
have communicator working fine)
This also for the mail instead of messenger?

Let me explain what i am trying todo. I have an access file where i have 
made a link were he opens the default mail prg to send a mail to the 
clicked email adr.
