In reading bug# 66460 I see 4 options mentioned so far:

1. Display Account Central page
a. Should have a link to quickly access option to "Log onto this
account at startup of Mail". This will make it easier for novice and
seasoned users to find the pref in case they want to enable the logon
behavior.

Question: Should we assume that logging on at startup also means
getting messages? I would agree with this.

2. Select the Inbox by default but don't get messages
a. I can see this for a POP account

3. Select the Inbox by default And get messages
a. Some POP users will want this
b. Most IMAP users want this

4. Remember the last folder selected before exiting
a. When starting Mail I usually want to get messages so I would atleast
want the Inbox selected. I wonder how many users want the last folder
to be remembered.
