Nope, it's not. This is a developer group that deals with the email and
newsread component of the Mozilla browser, which is a completely different
thing than the Netscape 4.x series of browsers. Mozilla will be released
sometime later this year. What you want is:
snews://secnews.netscape.com/netscape.communicator
..or perhaps you could try this: http://ufaq.org
