Mail/News composer shortcuts

I notice in Mail/News that the Sunject field has an underlined S and 
Attachments has an underlined A. Therefore shouldn't ALT-S give you 
focus on the subject field and ALT-A on attachments?

Is this an unimplemented feature, a bug (2001052421 - Linux) or should 
these not be underlined?
