[accesskey]-A should give you focus there, yes. However, the "accesskey"
feature is not yet implemented in XUL.
This is an extremely fatal flaw, IMHO, since we (mailnews) have been
using and implementing accesskeys in our UI for a long time. We even
have *bugs* to make some parts of our UI use accesskeys.
