problem receiving mails

hi there!

i have the following problem with mozilla 0.9.1 (de-AT):
i can�t receive any mails, sending works fine!

when i click on the "receive mail" button NOTHING happens. there is
even no prompt for a password! the same when i choose file -> receive
new mails! no reaction...


who can help?
