What Seth is saying was they way it was way back in the beginning. But
it has since evolved into a different mechanism for not needing the PSM
password. Specifically you need to change your saved passwords from
"encrypted" to "obscured". You do that from the task menu as follows:
tasks->privacy->password-manager->obscure-save-data
