Ian, IIRC, the intended behaviour is that *all* plaintext msgs, incl.
format=flowed, honor the pref in the Mailnews Display Setting of Fixed
vs. Variable Width Font (default Fixed).
This is probably bug 76359, which also causes many other plaintext msg
display problems..
