Same mail format. Copy the 4.71 mail files (the one without extension)
into your 0.9.2 mail folder.
4.71 mail folder location:
/Program files/Netscape/Users/YourProfile/Mail
0.9.2:
/Windows/Application
Data/Mozilla/profiles/YourProfile/xxxx.slt/Mail/<mailserver>
Be careful not to overwrite already existing files.
