For your address book:
Opent he 4.7 address book.
FILE - EXPORT
Choose to export as an ".ldif"
In Mozilla, open the Adress book.
FILE- IMPORT
IMPORT the file as a text file.
The MAIL folders are exactly the same format, they can be
directly copied from one folder to the other. The folders you
want have -no extensions-; "inbox" will appear simply as
"inbox".
