It's not clear whether you are referring to the subscribe window or not. 
If you haven't used it, then this is how:

1. Create a new account in the Account Manager, a news account
2. Right-click on the new account and choose subscribe
3. Type in 'internet.explorer.sucks' in the textfield, and it will try 
and find all newsgroups matching that string

You can type inte any word there, and all newsgroups which have the word 
in their name will pop up.
