I think all he really wants is to know which 'hidden' prefs he needs to flip to
turn off the quote bars. Standards be damned, I'm sure no standard now requires
quote bars exclusively be used. Isn't there simply a "Copy the following lines
to your prefs.js file, but beware it may break some other stuff so no warranty
implied or expressed" type of thing that can be posted?
