When is the mail folder outliner landing? bug 73865

Seth Spitzer,

Saw your post today, when can we expect to see this landing? I saw that 
the target for this was landing on .93, but is that after the ".921" 
release or whatever it might be called now? Bottom line, what is the 
target, as I really liked the way the branch build looked and worked. 
Big improvement!!

Lets hear some status .. out here to us lamers that can read, but not 
really contribute so much ...
