Netscape Mail and Netscape WebMail

Every time I try to access Netsscape WebMail from Netscape Mail, I get a 
message "Failed to connect to server" When I try to ping 
imap.mail.netcenter.com (listed as my server name in Preferences) I get 
"Unknown host imap.mail.netcenter.com"
I am behind a Linksys Router/Firewall but I can access WebMail using a 
browser.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this?
