Yes, and it's worse than worthless. You might just as well
suggest they stick their finger in a live socket. It has about
the same effect, and is probably more beneficial in the long

I think he was just trying to set you straight. Sending people
to that URL is detrimental to the growth of the user base.
The LAST thing we want to do is drive Users to IE out of
frustration.
