Message Filters in Moz. 0.93

Hi !

I've got a problem with the message filters in the mail application from 
Mozilla 0.93.

I am using different email-Accounts and declared some filters for each 
account. Some of these filters are deactivated after the restart of the 
system.

Is this something anybody heard about before ?!?
