Would be cool if you could do this:
1. Download the latest nightly build from www.mozilla.org
2. See if you can reproduce it.
3. Try to find some reproducible steps, so other people can reproduce it.
4. File a bug using the "Report a Bug" link on bugzilla.mozilla.org
5. Attach your "rules.dat" file to the new bug
