When you delete a message in an IMAP mailbox, it gets marked as deleted (instead of actually deleteing it from the disk). Messages marked as deleted are not actually deleted from the disk until the mailnox is expunged. I Mozilla handles messaged marked as deleted by not displaying it in the message list. Other apps (including webmail apps) may handle this differently. Eg, it may use this for handling undoing message deletion, for example. The best thing to do is try it out by sending some mail to yourself. Mike. -- Mike Gratton <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Leader in leachate production and transmission since 1976. <http://web.vee.net/>
