I don't understand the attached message but that is not relavent to my 
question.

I understand why the subject of that message didn't display in the 
system title bar, as I am using Windows 95 which only supports the 1252 
character set in the title bar.

I was impressed to see that the subject displayed correctly in the 
Subject textbox of the message compose window that I am writing this 
message with.

Would it be possible for the subject to display correctly in two other 
places: the Subject column of the thread pane and the Subject: label of 
the message header view?
