I think what Ben means by "users" is non-contributors, users in the
plain sense of the word that come here to rant/gripe/moan/groan without
appending same with useful feedback, suggestions and bug reports.

We actually welcome the rants but please add some useful contributory
text in addition to give the rant/post an element of validity.
