I think it's very important, particularly if you use th option to
encrypt if possible -- you need to see which addresses might cause the
message to be non-encrypted. The icon needn't necessarily be a separate
icon from the existing address icon to the left of the addressee -- the
current address icon could just be modified to indicate that a cert was
available. (depends on whether the performance impact is in determining
that a cert is available or in the gui handling of having an extra icon
column).
