What you can do, however is view the source of the message and copy it from there. To view a message's source, select the "View" > "Message Source" menu item. If it is important enough for you, then you should vote for the bug (but don't add a message to the bug) and evangelize it in the appropriate newsgroup (which would be n.p.m.nail-news, and maybe n.p.m.general), and encourage others who want this feature to also vote for it.
